Health restoring nature, fresh air, open space, tranquil river beach, peaceful location, no crowds - welcome to Relaxscape. Set in a beautiful rural spot by the river Zêzere near Tomar, surrounded by the olive trees and forests of Central Portugal, Relaxscape is a place to reconnect with nature and rediscover yourself.
Relaxscape is a sustainable, organic olive farm with a focus on holistic health and wellbeing using the nature that surrounds us. I run nature therapy coaching retreats designed to help you to slow down, find your purpose and understand yourself more, or you can just book a room or the whole place and create your own relaxing holiday in nature. I also run sustainability workshops throughout the year with a focus on using natural materials and approaches to wellbeing, plant-based healthy foods and natural remedies to keep your body, mind and immune system strong, using produce grown here or foraged in the forests that surround Relaxscape.
During these complicated times of Covid19, while group retreats are not so easy to host, the house is available as an Alojamento Local (which has the Turismo de Portugal Clean & Safe Seal of approval) if you would like to book the whole house or just a room for a quiet weekend break in nature, and you can continue to enjoy a taste of Relaxscape nature with some of our immunity boosting natural teas and other products, available to buy from our online shop here. For those of you who are struggling to keep a positive mindset during this pandemic, take a look at The Art of Relaxscaping - How to Find Your Ikigai, a daily mindfulness journal to help to keep you grounded in the present and any stress & anxiety at bay, and also the accompanying How to Live in Flow online programme.
For Portuguese and English speaking residents near Tomar and Ferreira do Zêzere, I also hold weekly Vinyasa Flow yoga, stretch and meditation classes in person or online and change coaching and holistic therapy by appointment, as well as nature therapy Forest Bathing sessions and craft workshops.
